How does my person open it?

It’s a normal web link that opens on any phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install and no account needed. Send it in a message, or print the QR card and hide it somewhere they’ll find it.

Can I add my own photos?

Yes, and we recommend it. Send them to us in your messages when you order. If you’re not sure which to pick, send them all and we’ll choose the ones that tell the story best.

How long does it take?

Keepsake gifts are ready within 48 hours, Forever within 24 and Little Note within 3 days. Got a deadline? Tell us when you message and we’ll make it.

Can I change things after I see it?

You’ll get a preview link before it goes to them. Keepsake includes a round of changes, and Forever includes unlimited changes for 30 days.

How long does it stay online?

One year for Little Note, five years for Keepsake, and for as long as we exist for Forever. You can always extend it.

Is it private?

Every gift lives at an unguessable link and is hidden from search engines. We never share your photos or words with anyone.

Can you make something that isn’t in the collection?

We love that. Message us with the idea and we’ll reply with a plan and a quote before you pay anything.
